At Indus Team of Traders, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Return Process: Product pick-up and exchange dispatch may take 5 to 10 days, excluding holidays.
- Perfume Usage: Refunds or exchanges are not applicable if the perfume has been used beyond 5% of its volume.
- Inspection Upon Receipt: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us right away.
- Shipping Costs: We offer free returns, except for change-of-mind or customer error. In these cases, shipping cost- PKR 250 for one way or PKR 500 for two way will apply.
- Return Inspection: After receiving the returned product, it will be inspected and verified. Refund processing may take up to 48 business hours.
- Non-Refundable Items: Testers and tester kits are non-refundable.
